First I want to address the fact that there are people out there that are heavyset and healthy. Not everyone whether you're heavyset or not have perfect health, even if you do, things can happen suddenly for no reason at all. With that said, I have an intolerance for certain things. I am on a medication because almost everything I ate gave me cramps, are you experiencing any other symptoms? Maybe consider making an appt with a gastroenterologist. I literally thought my gallbladder being removed was the cause of my stomach issues, but it wasn't and isn't. I am 5'5 and I am also heavyset, if you are comfortable in your body, do not let anyone tell you not to be.
I agree with those telling you to make an appointment with your doctor, have them run some tests and rule out any major issues. If they cannot find anything, seek an opinion from a gastroenterologist. It might be something that is completely unrelated to your weight and manageable!
Good luck I hope you get to feeling better!!

@ImOnlyMe84 There is nothing about weighing 325 pounds and just had a 28 pound increase that is healthy or good...Nothing!

@SW-User For instance depending on the cause of her cramping it could be either a stomach issue or digestion or intestinal issue. I had problems with cramping for years, I thought it just was because I did not have gallbladder anymore. I was wrong. I have a hiatal hernia, and IBS-D and GERD. Since being on a medication that helps 3 of the 4 (hernia requires surgery, but mine does not as of yet) i feel so much better!

@TexChik It depends on the cause. If its bing eating then someone might consider therapy, if it's a sudden onset without trying then there might be something wrong in the body, such as thyroid issues. I never said being overweight was a good thing, you took what I saw entirely wrong. Some people are just heavier, period. Nothing some cannot do anything about, but..if you are healthy, then don't worry about the weight unless you want to do something about it. Did I make that clear enough this time?

@TexChik No I'm BBW. Big beautiful woman besides I'm 5'11. Tall people card weight better. My aunt called me out brutally about how uncaring and selfish I'm acting and I don't even care about myself and I only care about stuffing myself like my absent mother did. Ouch the hurt me so bad.
