Why am I suddenly getting cramps or pain when I eat sweets?

This never happened before. Like when I eat sweets sometimes, I get cramps. I'm 29 going to be 30 next month. What is going on with me? Is it diabetes?
I am currently 326lbs.

@NotValid ok the only reason I asked is to determine if u are actually over weight ok so leave that I ain't gonna read another page to find out the height.
The point about sugar is.. you need to see the doctor now having cramps is unusual. Eat right to live a healthy life.
