Why am I suddenly getting cramps or pain when I eat sweets?

This never happened before. Like when I eat sweets sometimes, I get cramps. I'm 29 going to be 30 next month. What is going on with me? Is it diabetes?
I am currently 326lbs.

@TexChik Last time I got checked, my doctor scolded at me for not flowing the exercise program. She told me to lay off the junk. My aunt went off on me for lying and told me the brutal truth about my lack of health. So no.
My doctor is going to be very furious that I've gained 28 pounds.
