Why am I suddenly getting cramps or pain when I eat sweets?

This never happened before. Like when I eat sweets sometimes, I get cramps. I'm 29 going to be 30 next month. What is going on with me? Is it diabetes?
I am currently 326lbs.

Seriously you better get checked cause if it is diabetes with your weight and eating junk you will die my neighbor just had his leg amputated cause he screwed around and didn't take diabetes seriously
