What should I do if I want to kill myself all the time?

@puck61 oh. Maybe? In my experience, volunteer work does not improve my mood.

@ShaythePanTransMan Well, I gave it my best shot. I have bipolar disorder but I stay mildly manic most of the time. I just drink my self blotto when I go into a trough.

Spirituality is the pure love that we should have for a complete stranger. Spirituality is that thing that makes you a hero, when you do great things by pure reflex, without thinking. I've chosen the Primitive Baptist church of Christianity as my dharma, but God's children are in every nation, belief, and tongue all over the world.
