Reasons someone can become a workaholic?

I am writing a research paper that has to be 6 - 7 pages long (I only have 5 pages), and I am struggling to make it to 6 pages. I'm thinking of adding a 5th reason so I have enough pages, but I am having trouble coming up with another argument. So far I have these reasons:

- fear of getting laid off from working
- today's society emphasizes the importance of working
- the pressure to work at such lengths
- people feel like they are not good enough (also tied in with feeling guilty)

Desire to feel needed
Desire for structure in a life that might feel chaotic otherwise
If immersed in work you can escape other issues in your life
Belief that you are serving and committed to a cause greater than yourself and thus give your whole life to it, I.e., self sacrifice

I am a second-year teacher. I worry about worrying enough when it comes to prep. I want to give my best to my students each and every single day and each and every lesson. I want to be the type of teacher that I would hope that my children, if I marry and have kids, would have.
