both can be bad, but personally I think depression is worse

What makes you say that? I'm just wondering.

an anxiety attack is something you can overcome a lot faster than depression, depression is a much more evident cause of death events than anxiety attacks, and you can find a trigger for an anxiety attack a lot easier and avoid it, than you can a trigger for depression

Can't really avoid day-to-day life.

the anxiety triggers are easier to avoid than the depression triggers though, that's all I'm saying... for example if being on top of a roof causes you to have a panic attack, stay off the rooftops :) where as, depression makes you feel bad about yourself, it makes you not want to do anything, and when you do get the motivation to do something, you may feel pressured to show enjoyment when you might not be enjoying anything... the triggers for depression are a lot harder to spot and avoid

@Lagrenouille: I fake a smile everyday and there are only 4 people that can see through the acting.

I am truly sorry to hear you are faking a smile, I know life can be hard. I also don't know what you have going on in your life that is making it so difficult, so in stead of saying something that will cause more trouble, I'll say this: if you want someone to talk to who won't judge you, and who might be able to help a little, feel free to message me.
