What next?

Ive had some tests done at the hospital a few weeks ago. Id been waiting since December. I'm not ill but in discomfort. I was told that the results would take about 3 weeks but if there was any issues found or any follow up needed they would be in touch sooner.
I heard nothing...which is good news. I called my doctor and was told everything came back clear and no follow up necessary.

So...what now? Im still in the same discomfort i was before.....so i just have to put up with it?

Keep going back to the doctor. A couple of years ago I started having stomach issues, and I kept going to the doctor. They couldn't find anything, yet I KNEW something was wrong. A few weeks later I woke one morning in severe pain in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen. I had to have an emergency appendectomy, and my appendix had already burst and was poisoning me.I was very close to death. Keep going back until someone finds something. You know when your body doesn't feel right. Also, you may want to keep a notebook of your symptoms, especially if you get any new symptoms.

Nope. They found nothing obvious causing it....so basically ...go away and put up with it.

@Waymore its not like that here. My gp refered me but the hospital found nothing. I'll just gave to go back if it doesnt ease up...but then i'll need a new referal and go back on tbe waiting lost for a hospital appointment....and they will only do the same again.

The only other option is to go private and i cant afford that.
