Depends on how you define weak. I've worked out with some wiry guys who had incredible cardio strength and had no problems with body weight movements.
I've also known physical labourers who could work all day without tiring, with these physiques.
So I think weakness isn't predictable based solely on appearances.

@MeAgain I have a severe back problems ,I am 60 ,but my upper body is what I use to lift myself ,,taking as much strain off of my back as much as I can ,so I am lifting my whole body with just my arms most of them time just to get up
these kids can't out lift me ,arm wrestle me ,or carry the load I can all day
and working from my knees ,I still out work any of them
I just hung a room full of sheet rock by myself ,,all they could ask was how
