Holy shit. Probably weaker than most women. I mean, yeah, muscle doesn't necessarily = strength, but it does to some degree. You can be strong or you can look like you're strong or a little of both. But he has literally no chest or arms. I'd guess he can probably bench around 50-65 pounds.
Even if you lift purely for strength while trying not to put on any muscle, you're going to add some muscle as a consequence.
But it's possible his bench is around 100 pounds.
