Is there a difference in efficiency between sleeping on your front and sleeping on your back?

@GlitterBug what exactly makes tummy sleepers strange?

I've never been able to lay on my stomach without feeling like I'm gonna puke. Also, it looks like a lot of neck pain or you're suffocating yourself in a pillow. 😂 Just so strange. It looks weird and uncomfortable to me.
