Anybody doing Keto Diet?

@joesecret my little brother did the "ideal" keto diet. he lost a lot of weight

@Penny i need to lose 2 stone to get to 13 stone im gave up drink and do try but scales stay the same .

@joesecret what kind would you be interested in. like what kind of foo d do you like? i have a great one that uses zuchinni or cauliflower (if you like italian) a nice keto coconut flatbread, keto bagels, brownies... any of those sound interesting?

her website is a great resource for keto recipes. she has other coconut flatbread recipes too without the psyllium husk but that's the kind I make. theyre great. i use them like bread or for wraps. just make sure to cook them enough til theyre fairly dry in the middle.
