Are you familiar with Cymbalta?

I've been on 60mg for 10 years, and recently had it bumped up to 120mg. I'm more depressed than ever now, and all I can think about is suicide. Can an increased dosage have that effect? Has anyone here had anything like this happen?

Yes all anti depresssants have the risk of suicidal thoughts or tendencies. I'd advise getting your perscription adjusted.

@PierreDelecto Yes, I think going from 60 to 120mg was a bit much. Hopefully she can help me out.

@Dragonfly Yeah that'll rattle the brain chemistry a bit that's like dropping a hydrogen bomb to kill an ant.
