Why are some people mean to people with a learning disability ?

I have seen it in public, name calling, staring, discrimination, making fun, abuse.

Many people are just dicks.

My father drilled into us at an early age - you never make fun of someone over something they can't help. So, if you're just a dumbshit, I have Dad's permission to ridicule you all day long.
