Any runners in here deal with plantar fasciitis?

It's been been a consistent issue for me lately.

Ohh yes. Lots of things help...massage, stretches, ice bottle rolls, arch supports, and a night brace. I did put Lidocaine patches on my arches/heels at times.

@Foxyfoxfox that reminds me... if i get a little flare despite my preventative measures, i use some cayenne pepper cream. feels so good.

@Foxyfoxfox i'm in the early stages of this injury and trying a few of the things you mentioned. i'll try the night brace... how does that work?

@pentacorn cayenne pepper cream? hmm
Foxyfoxfox · 51-55, F
@RJoeStarz it pulls your toes up and back and holds them in that position while you're sitting around or sleeping

@RJoeStarz it works for me. start with small amounts. wash hands thoroughly after application... if you try it.
