Have you ever dealt with shoulder bursitis?

The pain is excruciating when I try to sleep. Anything that's worked for you?

I find the more I work it the less the pain is, plus lots of hot tub time.

@SW-User when it was at it’s worst I found sleeping on my back in a tight sleeping bag so I couldn’t roll onto my side helped as well.

@Cuda6868 Interesting! I just bought a new bed/mattress and it's not broken in yet. Probably not helping things!

@SW-User At the beginning it was for me but it’s way better now. At times I could barely even lift my arm, worried I could never paddle my canoe again. Now it’s almost gone completely.
