God no, I remember a friend in primary school used to pull on her own hair so much she intentionally ripped strands out.
It came out later that she had been sexually abused by a family member all through her little life.
Heartbreaking stuff.
I met up with her again years later on Facebook and she told me she had met someone who sang in a band ( famous) I was so so happy for her xx
