How should I exercise (AS A BEGINNER)??

So I'm 18, male, 5'2 in height, and I weigh 112-114 lbs.

I haven't really worked out at all since middle school because I've become really lazy over the years. I want to know the best strategy for working out as a BEGINNER. Nothing too strenuous. I want to know how often I should be working out, how often do I need to break, and how long would it take before you start seeing a noticeable difference? My arms and legs have no muscle whatsoever and my belly sort of pokes out so I have no abs at all.

Thanks for helping me. I just really need a change.

Circuit training I found to be the best as you can focus on all parts of your body. It also keeps things interesting as you do a few reps of a particular exercise and then move on to something different. It mixes cardio in with the strength training too. The general rule is five days on, with 2 days to relax. Those 2 days can be whenever you want within the week.
