How should I exercise (AS A BEGINNER)??

So I'm 18, male, 5'2 in height, and I weigh 112-114 lbs.


I haven't really worked out at all since middle school because I've become really lazy over the years. I want to know the best strategy for working out as a BEGINNER. Nothing too strenuous. I want to know how often I should be working out, how often do I need to break, and how long would it take before you start seeing a noticeable difference? My arms and legs have no muscle whatsoever and my belly sort of pokes out so I have no abs at all.

Thanks for helping me. I just really need a change.

Just do the usual exercises until you cant take no more. Nothing fancy, use your body. Lifting weights can be tricky for beginners as you can easily take too heavy weights which will have you lifting it the wrong way and over straining your muscles meaning you will hurt yourself.
