That really helps a ton! I’m good about watching what I eat and I know too much caffeine will trigger anxiety attacks. I need to get in more days of excercise. @Thingschange4444

@LadyMay Yes I've suffered bad anxiety since childhood and kept quite fit but when I've lapsed I've gone down hill fast.
