Thanks to the motivators. I have completed a 40 minutes run.

Question is what should I eat just after the run?

Congratulations on your run. If you want quick recovery food, a power bar and 8 ounces of choc milk within 10-15 minutes speeds up recovery but a good meal after is sufficient.

@trackman11 Thank you for your advice. Normally, I have light dinner at 1800 hours, I get up at 0400 hours, I eat nothing M, just drink 2 or 3 glasses of warm water and then I complete my run.
After that, I wait for an hour and then I have cornflakes or oatmeals with eggs or sandwich at times.

Is it sufficient breakfast?

@TheOrionbeltseeker it is. Real test is how you feel. Running and refueling should result in increased energy. Sound like it’s working for you.
