If you run, what motivates you?
For me, it used to be competition but now I just enjoy it at any pace.

@thepreposterouspanda a lot of people, actually most, don鈥檛 run so no worries, but sorry if it鈥檚 something you wish you could or we鈥檙e doing.

@trackman11 It's all good! I've actually been disabled since 2010, so I don't think it will be something I do much throughout my life haha. I do use my exercise bike a good deal though. :)
