Why have heavy pain while mensuration?

Hello All,

My wife always has heavy pain in stomach while mensuration at first day only (every month). She feels tired, sleepy and unhealthy. Can anyone help?

I have had this for as long as I can recall, for me it's now come to two different meds simultaneously
(one at above the suggested dose).
NOT something I recommend but frankly it makes the first TWO days bearable.

She may want to look into if she has endometriosis?
I was suggested this.
My BAD pain lasts two days, so I don't have this condition, thank Goddess.

So, get her an EXTRA STRENGTH Menstrual relief medication. The regular ones just don't cover it ALL. Get her Midol or even the generic brand will have it, just make sure that the pharmacist (or you) reads the label to make sure it IS EXTRA STRENGTH.
She will take 2 pills that's 500 mg of acetaminophen, with two other ingredients.
Those two additional ingredients are KEY to giving her at least some relief to her pain.
