@BalmyNites Awesome! Some people take 21 raisins and soak them overnight and have them first thing in the morning, or after breakfast, so try that if you like. Or they can be soaked in the morning and had after the evening meal 🙂

@Spoiledbrat There's still a lot of benefits by just eating them, but soaking them releases the vitamins and minerals into the water making it easier for the body to absorb :)
