Quit watching high speed internet porn, because your dopamine receptors are probably fried, destroying all motivation to do anything, prolly.

Simple: Find out why. Then do something about it. Or accept it, if it's unchangeable.

The thing about humans is we want everything. But we can't have everything. That must be accepted.

On the same hand, what is a fulfilling life for a puny human? To set goals, short, mid, long, and reach them.

Think of a potential future that would justify the suffering of your life, then work towards it. Then you get lovely dopamine spikes that are actually healthy for your brain, and you won't wonder why nothing seems enough.

Easy Decisions = Hard Life
Hard Decisions = Easy Life

Like it or not, being human is about struggle. So struggle for something meaningful, to you. If you don't have to struggle, nothing will seem meaningful.
