I was 295 at my heaviest, but i simply cut out junk food and ate smaller meals and now down to 235. No exercise involved

Martial arts and not so much beer for me.

I must admit I still like beer. Damn that army for introducing it to me

Congratulations on your weight loss. The most I weighed was 176 at my last prenatal exam. Have maintained 158 now for over 10 years.

That's great👍🙂I'm fortunate. I gain a few pounds now and then but I can take them off easily.

I too go up and down, my jeans fit this morning, so it is a down swing.
SoulAsylum · 36-40, M
No, the most I have ever weighed was 201 lbs for a week.

Every thing I write is true. That is why you have stories. I am a long time hacker before it was a bad thing.

Good for you on dropping so much! :)
toddr13 · 46-50, M
Wow. That's a great weight loss. I tend to stay +/- 10 lbs, 160-170. However, when I was not feeling well for a while, I dropped down to 130 lbs.
YMITheWayIM · 46-50, M
Mine was 200 to 150 lbs, during the course of 2 years though. Well done regardless.

SW-User
Nope. I'm about 150 and haven't really been any different for a few years now.

SW-User
No, but congratulations. That's not easy to do.
