What’s your warm up routine?

Depends on the body part I'm working, if it's legs, I'll do 10 squats with a light resistance band + 20 pulses, then again 10 squats and 20 pulses but with a medium resistance band, and then one more 10 squats + 20 pulses but with a heavy resistance band. All for glute activation. Plus I'll stretch my quads, hamstrings, and hips out. If it's upper body, I'll do 5 minutes of light cardio to get the blood flowing, then light weights on whatever body part is going to be worked (so let's say it's shoulders, I'll do 10 shoulder press, 10 lateral raises, and 10 upright rows with a light weight) again all about getting the blood pumping into that target muscle and getting it activated. Plus I'll do shoulder stretches and rotator cuff movements as I tend to get shoulder pain because my should range of motion is really limited currently.
