Any suggestions?

I woke up in the middle of the night and was having a panic attack. My psychiatrist is on vacation all week, so I can't call or message her.

I hate those to the bone. I quickly youtube breathing exercise videos and then i do that for 20 minutes then i try to think of something else. it takes me like 30 minutes to get them to go away.

Think of nothing. Focus on your breathing.
Breathe. The calm is in the air. Drink it in, slow and easy and deep.
