When I was younger my dad used to scare us that if we sleep on our stomach, we'll get heart disease. Later when I grew I noticed him go to sleep on his stomach once and told him about it, and he said that he never said such a thing. 🙁

Either way, now I sleep on my back most of the time, sometimes on the side, but still never on the stomach. I get an uncomfortable feeling in the chest area when I go to sleep in that position. I think it's just subconscious from getting screwed with, about it, as a kid.
