Anyone notice a visible wound on my arm?

Yeah, me neither. For some reason, all my life, maybe once every two months, I get a painful spot ANYWHERE on my skin that just feels tender. It FEELS like if I look at it, it will be red and raw, but it’s not. So weird. It’s like the nerve endings in that part of my skin just get excited for no apparent reason.
Right now, I feel it right here

It’s been happening for the past few hours. It’s not unbearable or anything, just mysterious.
