I did it by accident for nearly two weeks while i was lost hiking in the wilderness once and i lost so much weight. I can't imagine how i'd survive two months though. Maybe if i started with more body fat and didn't exercise perhaps.

@SW-User yes exactly. Finally someone who knows what he's talking about

@RebornPhoenix Thanks, when i was lost for that two weeks i was hiking with a full pack about 30km a day through rough terrain and only had water. I still felt strong though, but doing that much exercise i don't know i could have gone on much longer as the muscle wasn't being rebuilt. But we eat much more than we need and much more of the wrong types of nutrients than we need so it's a good learning experience for all of us.

@SW-User yes exsctly. Every person on this Earth would benefit from it but noooo 'i need my three meals a day and 6 snacks' lol
Someone on here really blocked me bc he thought fasting ,for 60 ,days means death. Smh

@RebornPhoenix That's just what i have an issue with, the concept of 3 meals a day and all the snacks. Nothing better than to break away from that sometimes. I really don't have the knowledge to comment on 60 days though. If i had to guess i'd say that you'd survive quite well if you were careful with the exercise, but if you did a huge amount in the heat and especially sweated lots you'd have problems.

Exactly. It's a scam lol taught to us by the food and health industry to make the most money off of us. My brother did 65 days last winter
he was 245 and now he's a lean 160 with 6% body fat Gladd there are people who know what's up and share my views.
