Insomnia sleep

For how long does it keep you up? For those that have it or some times shows up from time to time

As long as three days and nights (about 86 hours) at least once - quite often 48 or so.

I finally learned I have sleep apnea and now habitually sleep 7-9 hours EVERY NIGHT with the assistance of a few tabs of Melatonin. A sleep specialist and sleep study should be your first stop.
