Intermittent fasting. Usually 16:8. Fasting is my religion lol. Also around 2 hours of physical activity daily and at least 10000 steps a day

@SW-User it's a very recent thing. I used to be extremely sedentary and decided I couldn't go on like that anymore and needed to change.

No dairy, no grains, no sugars, no breads of any kind, no legumes (peanuts, tomatoes, etc)

@SW-User Thanks I'm so proud of how far I've done. I used to have a major food addiction and fasting along with giving up everything you mentioned above has helped me so much
