How long have you gone without eating?

Currently on my 30th hour on my water fast and I feel incredible and not hungry at all. My longest was 7 days/168 hours.

@SW-User Do it! I know it's so tempting to eat but power through and you'll feel amazing. That's a promise!!! I probably failed about 30 times before i was able to successfully complete 24 hours

Ive been skipping meals this week so I need a few days of good eating to make sure my bodies got the tools to use its resources properly

I definitely have it on the cards for the next week or so tho appreciate the motivation
