How long have you gone without eating?

Currently on my 30th hour on my water fast and I feel incredible and not hungry at all. My longest was 7 days/168 hours.

@RebornPhoenix Ah that old chestnut. Well, if this works for you then fine. But don't go damaging your body for the sake of a few pounds! You still need nutrients gurl. 😄
