Any home remedy for Headache?

The boy I'm raising had a headache last week in school and went to the school nurse, she asked him if he wanted her to call me to pick him up or if he would like to try an ice pack on his head. He chose the ice pack and put it on for quite a while and said it stopped the headache. Also try drinking a large glass of water and see if that helps you.

Drink more water

Lie down, water, a cool compress and see if somebody could massage your temples. The last one really helps. Do it slowly. 👌
