why is healthcare so confusing?

why is healthcare so confusing?
I do research on what is a healthy lifestyle goitrogens, hormone disruptors oxalates. they all say different things and they make you not trust doctors, they say this is dangerous but doctors are not legally allowed to tell you it is, its so confusing. I tend to just trust doctors and i hate when people say don't trust doctors they are just in it for the money.
