How do you smoke while having asthma/breathing illnesses

I wonder the same thing. I don't get asthma attack when I smoke but if I am in dusty places, it escalated quickly.

I use to smoke cigarettes while haveing asthma ended up in the er for a month 😣

My mum smoked and had breathing problems and struggled most of the end of her life but refuse to quit lol

I do not last time was March this year i smoke once a year or once in two years.
