How to get rid of a uti at home because i have no insurance and donr have the money to go to the dr

straight cranberry juice. Drink as much as you can . Keep at it , it will help flush the bacteria out and let your body fight the infection off.

Drink plenty of water but if not gone after a week you really need antibiotics

Lots of fluids, and avoid spicy and overly sugary foods that can worsen the inflammation. Pure cranberry juice is good to prevent them returning as well.

Cranberry juice has been shown to be effective only ad prevention. Antibiotics can kill it in a day or two. UTIs are no joke and can be very serious. Your local health department may be able to help, but get to a doctor.
