What to do? 😐

I think ive hurted my spine a long time ago and kept ignoring that since it doesnt hurt much but i feel kind of pressure in it ..idk what to do abt it ..i also feel very light headed that i cant concentrate much..any help?

Get to a Dr....could be a nerve, a disk, and it could be serious. If its causing you dizziness, that's NOT good. You're way too young to "let it go"!!!!!!
