What is something to help you sleep that works?

Don't say melatonin, that shit is garbage.

I can honestly say results are different for each person. Melatonin works for some I know while it doesn’t work for me whatsoever, just like CBD oil had zero effect on me but so many swear by it. There’s medication, herbal remedies, meditation, physical activity, proper winding down time away from electronics, reading, weighted blanket, cool temperatures, expelling the day’s stress and hang-ups through writing, physical contact with another...there’s so many different methods that have worked for many and one will eventually work for you. Just try one thing after another until something clicks. Good luck to you 🙂
