Congress is going to pass a measure to prevent "doctor shopping." they are doing it to "protect" us from doctor shopping and finding a doctor that will prescribe pain medication. It makes me angry.

Yes, of course we can doctor shop, and we should have the right to do so. If a doctor isn't, or refuses to meet a patient's needs one should be able to fire him/her.
