I just quit cold turkey. Look at people who smoked their whole lives and how much older they look. That's what did it for me and I was smoking up to 2 packs a day. My hub smoked and I made him smoke outside. He quit shortly after me and he was smoking more than me. Sure its not fun for the first week, but shit, its worth it! You'll survive!
