Any help or tips?

So 2 years ago I showed symptoms of anemia and lost alot of weight. I showed weakness,depression,feeling tired,found it hard to eat, heavy breathing. I feel the symptoms right now and a week has passed. Anyone know what I can do to prevent it so I dont struggle again for a year?

Drink orange juice, lemonade or eat citrus. As the vitamin C will help absorb iron that you are getting in your diet. Iron is hard to absorb so that's why the vitamin C. Cook in cast iron, the iron goes into the food you cook and then you get it when you eat. Use molasses for a sweetener, it is very high in iron and low glycemic.

@Alex231 I was surprised by the cooking in cast iron. I had a relative who was anemic and that's what her doctor suggested. It worked.
