Does anyone have experience dealing with PMDD?

If you don’t mind me asking, do you use anything to help treat it? I’ve heard SSRIs and/or certain birth control pills are supposed to be effective @dearyme

@Effloresce Low dose birth control helped even things out. Taking vitamin B6, eliminating caffeine and seriously making sure I am rested (I am prone to having insomnia before my period which magnifies everything)

@Effloresce It impacts SO many areas in your life. Do you have an app for your phone that tells you about your cycle? You can put your date in and it will keep track of your hormone levels.

No I don’t, I’ll have to download that! That would be a lot easier to know when things are about to get bad lol@dearyme
