Do you struggle with acts and/or impulses of self harm?
No need to get into specifics of what kinds, the chart is for point of reference for those that aren't entirely sure. Some lines are a little fuzzy. But if you do want to share I won't stop you, sometimes talking about a problem to anyone can help and I know the value of that.
I, personally, do. It's a constant these days, pretty much. I used to act on them more often than I do but while the frequency of acts has gone down the severity of impulses has gone up exponentially.
