I want some serious revenge on everyone who’s done me dirty mainly my ex and this other guy and I’m just obsessed about it the more I try forget it the more my head hurts

You don't have a mental issue. You have resentments. The sooner you learn about the principles of forgiveness and anger, the sooner you'll be free of these resentments.
