ok how bad can facebook effect a persons mental healthy exactly?

Addiction for a first but that can happen anywhere. I knew a guy who was completely addicted to it and wouldn't eat till his internet connection was up and running. He always wanted to be on Facebook and would do anything to be online on Facebook
