i'm addicted to chips, especially cheetos, help me...

i'm trying to quit those for so long but soon i fall again back to the bad habit. And i can never eat just a few, it has to be the whole pack.
The thing is i'm generally eating healthy only to spoil my diet with these shit. I eat about 2-3-4 packages a week though i cannot be very specific. what to do? i manage to go without for sometime but then i fell back at it. I've managed to quit smoking almost a year now, but cheetos i find it even harder!!!! isn't it crazy..

If you want to quit that stuff badly enough you will. I’m a big eater and would easily eat a whole pizza, a pack of cookies and so on.. I’m being faced now with the requirement to lose weight or go on medication for my cholesterol. Guess what? I can’t afford more pills, but I can afford to quit eating big cold turkey.

I’d like to add, it’s not easy for me, as I do suffer from cravings daily for food and calories and occasionally it feels like Im off my diet, then I just hit myself with another 17 hour fast to remind my body who’s in charge here

@MrAboo thank you! I will check on those. Just to add, i'm close to skinny and i workout a lot so...i try adding some calories in my meals..
