If they found something like blocked arteries or something, that were inoperable

I suppose they evaluate your emotional state and then decide if it is in your best interest

@RooiSoosSkarlakenWitSoosSneeu not really, they have to explain why they will do the things they will have to, even if it's inoperable there are ways to ease the symptoms. Often they have to keep patients under supervision at a hospital or center or something like that. They cannot avoid telling. They just find the most appropriate way, but they tell.
